Keys to Personal Power #1: Clarity
The
ability to determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a
sense of direction and know where you’re going. If you do not have clear specific
goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do.
You
can have anything you want, if you have clear goals.
Be
decisive. If you cannot make decisions readily, you’ll always work for
people who can. 80% of decision should be made the first time they come
up. It’s easy to make decisions if you know what you want.
Have
a vision. If you want to reach your dreams, you need to have a dream.
Where people lack in vision, they perish inside. You’re vision
needs to be big enough that excites you and others to get involved.
The
best way to predict the future, is to create it.
Focus
on results, not activities.
Action Assignment:
Write out your goals. Write them out very specifically
and clearly. Re-write your major goals every single morning in the first
personal singular.
“I earn 200,000 per year”
“I am the best real estate agent”
Review what you’ve done over the course of the day. Ask
yourself
“What did I do right to help me reach my goals today?”
“If I could do it
over, what would I do differently?”

Keys to Personal Power #2: Competence
Every
successful person is excellent at what they do. Before they start, they
commit themselves to becoming excellent.
Only the top 5-10% are Excellent.
The
top 20% of sales people make 16 times the average income of the bottom 80%.
Prudential
Insurance company did a study on their agents and the results were astounding:
The
average income of the top 20% of the top 20% (top 4%) made 32X the average
income of the bottom 80%.
The
average income of the top 20% of the top 20% of the top 20% (top .8%) made 54X
the average income of the bottom 80%.
No
matter what region, what economy, in every office of 50 agents, there was one
that made 54 times the average income of the other agents.
They
commit themselves to excellence. They read books by the top agents. They
listen to audios by the top agents. They go to events and surround themselves
with the top agents to learn everything they can from them.
If
you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way.
The
harder you work, the better you get.
Less than 5%
of the population really succeed in life.
The
market only pays excellent rewards for excellent performance.

Nobody
is better than you or I. They are just doing things a different way.
Every singe greatest
accomplishment in life is an accumulation of thousands of little
accomplishments that nobody sees.
Guard
your integrity as a sacred thing. Never compromise your peace of mind.

is no security in life, only opportunity. The more you seek opportunity,
the more security you’ll have. The tend to seek security, is the low road
to failure.

forward.

fear of failure, is the single greatest reason for failure in life.
The
fear of failure can be counteracted by facing the fear.

moving forward.
